- Situations analysis related of off gas emission in production buildings and infrastructure to incinerate of chemicals, mother liquors and incinerators

- Estimation of potential emissions in regard to gaseous compounds, concentrations and loads

- Compilation and consolidation of emissionmeasurement – and operational data. Establishing of emissions reports for internal usage or for third parties (authorities)
- Evaluation of processes to optimally solve off gas related issues. Balewa elaborates for the investor the technical basis required for optimal decision taking. This information is also used for bits of potential equipment supplies
- Engineering works to realise the projects in close collaboration with the investor. Our work may include the basic design with a cost calculation of ±30 %, dimensioning of main components, detail engineering with compilation of potential costs at ±10 %, disposition plans, P+I schematics , survey of mounting, support during start up
- Inspection of scrubbers. Balewa inspects scrubber used for off gas treatment, checks their functions, executes small repairs and/or accompanies revisions required for an safe and optimal operation
- Delivery of hardware for components used in air scrubbers, such as Hedgehog packing material for a highly efficient mass transfer of off gas components, the highly efficient droplet separator, and the unique Ring-Jet to remove particulates, dusts and aerosols.
