Our services
- Problem analysis and development of proposals to optimise and realise solutions in close collaboration with the client to avoid and minimise environmental problems with pollution laded off gas and/or waste water. Solutions at the source sometimes allow revalorising materials, or to find operator simple and cost efficient procedures to pre-treat “waste” for reuse.
- Identification of cost drivers in the processes
- Identification of mass flows interesting for their reuse rather and treatment or disposal
- Establishment of contacts (authorities, potential users) required to reuse materials which otherwise would have to be disposed of as wastes
- Evaluation of technical means to solve off gas, waste water and waste issues
- Development and realisation of projects. Typical Balewa activities are the Basic Design with dimensioning of main apparatus and components, first cost compilation followed by a detail engineering package with dispositions of apparatus, P+I drawings, survey of installations, controlling (time and costs) as well as support during start up.
- Expert support to analyse environmentally relevant infrastructure at the process (off gas treatment units such as scrubbers, activated carbon columns or thermal treatment units, effluent pre-treatment plants, water recycling plants)
